A couple of nights ago, I received the best surprise in my inbox. L.J. Anderson of Mayhem Cover Creations e-mailed me the cover for The Gathering Storm, the next installment in the Daughters of the People Series. I simply love working with her and seeing what she’ll come up with next. Once again, she’s done an outstanding job capturing the essence of the story.

The Gathering Storm begins the final third of the series, during which the overall story arc comes to fruition. Some really important events occur during this seventh installment, including a couple of shockers. No hints yet on what those will be! But I can safely say that Sigrid Glyvynsdatter and Will Corbin are the main characters, and that some familiar faces will also make an appearance.

I have thoroughly enjoyed steeping myself in the world of the People and hope y’all are enjoying immersing yourselves therein as well. Look for The Gathering Storm to be released early next year. In the meantime, happy reading!
