News Roundup

I just realized it's been nearly a week since my last post. Sorry about that! It's been really busy around here. I have multiple projects that are due between now and the end of June, and am working hard to get everything done on time.

One of those projects is the final edit of Light's Bane (Daughters of the People, Book 2), which is scheduled for release in mid-June. My editor just returned the final editorial suggestions to me this afternoon. No worries! It will be ready in plenty of time for those who've earned free copies to receive them next weekend, a full two weeks before LB's actual release.

My latest non-fiction title, published under my real name, received a very nice review in the last issue of the Georgia Genealogical Society Quarterly. Thanks, EM!

Work on A Wicked Love is progressing nicely. The first draft should be finished by the end of the month or shortly thereafter. The cover is also ready, thanks to the talented Melody Simmons. I'll have it up and available for your viewing pleasure in the next week or so.

After that, I'll be working on the holiday novella scheduled for release in November; the interstitial Daughters of the People novel featuring Hawthorne; and the fourth book in the Daughters of the People series, In All Things, Balance; in that order. If I can finish everything on schedule, I'll have a three month break at the end of the year to work on a special project that's near and dear to my heart, a novel of historical faction set in the 1950s, probably published under my real name.
