A few weeks back, Richard and I took a rambling drive to Bryson City, NC. If you've never been, the scenery is lovely and the downtown has been "revitalized" (meaning, a bunch of people have moved into the area and opened shops that appeal to people just like them, not necessarily the native population).
Anywho, while there, we stopped in the local bookstore (naturally) where I found this sign. Don't know who the artist was or how original it is, but who cares? It's an awesome little sign. Richard gifted it to me for Mother's Day and it now hangs on the inside of my office door as a reminder of something my father used to tell me: To thine own self be true. In other words, find your niche, stick with it, and be happy you've found a place in the world. Lovely thoughts for a weekend, eh?
