News Roundup

For the recent SciFi Romance cover, I asked opinions on my personal Facebook page from family and friends. Several people commented, a lot of people “liked” the discussions, and that was pretty much it, I thought. Nope! A few days ago, I was walking out of the grocery store and ran into a friend from high school. We exchanged the normal greetings (Hey, how’re you?) and I was almost past her when she said, “By the way, I really liked that cover.”

Ah, life in a small town.

The latest edition of my newsletter, the Imaginarium, is now out. It includes:

  • Information about the second edition of The Prophecy (Daughters of the People, Book 1);
  • A reminder that “Tomorrow’s Promise,” the novella-length spin-off of In All Things, Balance, is now online;
  • News on upcoming releases;
  • And three recommended reads.

If you’ve signed up to receive my newsletter and aren’t getting it, be sure to check your spam folder.

If you received an ARC of In All Things, Balance and haven’t reviewed it yet, now’s a great time. We’re heading into the final countdown for the release of Say Yes in mid-April. I hope to have ARCs out to readers by around 5 April.

In light of the upcoming release of Say Yes, I’ve rearranged the suggested reading order of the short stories. Because “Trick or Treat” takes place during Part 3 of Say Yes, well after the beginning of the latter, I now recommend reading Say Yes first. If you’ve already read “Trick or Treat,” don’t panic. As long as you remember that Heath met Sera months before he met Dierdre, you’ll be fine. (And no, no spoilers there. Sorry!)
