I just received word from Amazon that they’ve approved the update to The Prophecy (Daughters of the People, Book 1) and will be notifying customers who downloaded the first edition that a newer, better version is available. 

If you purchased The Prophecy or downloaded it for free from Amazon prior to the release of the second edition (about 26 March 2015), you may need to manually accept the update in order to receive it. From “Your Account,” go to “Manage Your Content and Devices.” Click the “Settings” tab and scroll down to the section “Automatic Book Update.” Make sure the button says “On.” If the button is already set to “On,” you should’ve already received the update. If not, set it to “On” and give the system time to work (24-48 hours).

I checked this for my digital copy and while I received no e-mail, the newest version had been synced to my account. If for some reason you don’t receive the second edition, contact Amazon’s support center and ask for help there.
